Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Metakosa. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Returned within 14 days of delivery

Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

The tags and packaging are intact

Proof of purchase included (order number or receipt)

Non-returnable items include:

Final sale items

Socks or undergarments (for hygiene reasons)

Gift cards

2. How to Request a Return
Please contact us at support@metakosa.com with the following:

Order number

Reason for return

Photo(s) of the item (if applicable)

Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your item reaches us safely.

Do not send returns without contacting us first.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider first, then contact us.

5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

Order number

Clear photos of the issue

Your preferred resolution (refund or replacement)

We will prioritize and resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.

7. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order will begin processing and cannot be modified or cancelled.
