Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Customs Duties & Taxes

5. Shipping Restrictions

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking number shows “delivered” but you have not received the package, please check with neighbors or your local carrier first.

For packages delayed more than 15 business days beyond the estimated window, contact us at support@metakosa.com for assistance.

Metakosa is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
7. Change of Address
Please email support@metakosa.com within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to change your shipping address. After your order is processed, address changes are no longer possible.
